Mammotion Extended Warranty Terms

Before buying Mammotion's Extended Warranty Service, please carefully read the Mammotion Extended Warranty Terms of Service to clarify the rights and interests you can enjoy by purchasing this service. Mammotion's Extended Warranty Service is officially authorized by Mammotion and provided by Mammotion's certified official service sites.

By buying Mammotion Extended Warranty Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms of service.

To ensure your normal use, the Extended Warranty Service and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country/region.

1. Mammotion Extended Warranty Service scope

1.2 Service validity period

The Extended Warranty Service is valid for 1 year. The warranty period is extended for 1 year from the expiration date of the original warranty period of the product.

1.3 Service takes effect

Users need to purchase the Extended Warranty Service in the Mammotion APP or official store within 60 days of product activation. After the Extended Warranty Service is purchased, the Extended Warranty Service will be bound to the corresponding product. The Extended Warranty Service will automatically take effect from the end of the original warranty period.

1.4 Service Applicability

The Extended Warranty Service applies to all scenarios within the original warranty coverage.

The Extended Warranty Service applies to the host core components of the products listed in 1.1.

1.5 Exclusion

The Extended Warranty Service does not cover the following loses, expenses and liabilities.

(1) Damage caused by misuse or failure to comply with the user manual;

(2) Personal and property damage caused during product use;

(3) The product is damaged during transportation, but it is not rejected at the time of delivery, or the logistics company does not issue a certificate confirming the damage. Evidence of damage during transportation cannot be provided;

(4) The failure is caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, food or liquid spillage, incorrect charging or other external causes;

(5) The damage is caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended use described by Mammotion;

(6) The product or parts have been modified to significantly change its function or capability without the written permission of Mammotion; (Subject to official definition)

(7) Data loss, damage or leakage;

(8) There are signs of tampering or alteration of product labels, serial numbers, etc;

(9) Mammotion's legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not provided, or there is reason to believe that these certificates have been forged or tampered with;

(10) The product covered by the Extended Warranty Service is partially or completely lost or stolen;

(11) The Extended Warranty Service does not apply to consumable accessories of the product, accessories purchased separately and batteries;

Note: For faults not covered by the warranty, MAMMOTION or the designated service center may charge corresponding fees after repair;

1.6 Extended Warranty Service scope

During the extended warranty period, Mammotion will provide you with free repair or replacement services for any product failure or damage caused during normal use. Mammotion will bear the material costs, labor costs and round-trip shipping costs incurred by the service.

2.  Important points

2.1 Supported products

Mammotion Extended Warranty Service only supports the product models listed in 1.1, and only applies to the host and core components (excluding consumable accessories, accessories and batteries purchased separately). For other products that may be launched in the future, relevant services will be available after they are officially launched. Please pay attention to Mammotion official website for details.

2.2 Precautions before purchase

Mammotion Extended Warranty Service is only applicable to all new devices shipped through Mammotion official channels. It is not applicable to products traded through second-hand platforms or obtained through illegal channels. If your product is purchased or given by someone else, please confirm that the first activation time of the product is within 60 days before you purchase the Extended Warranty Service. At the same time, please keep the original invoice or purchase receipt of the product, and ensure that you can bind your account and purchase the Extended Warranty Service only after the original owner has unbound it.

2.3 Precautions before using

If you want to use Mammotion's Extended Warranty Service for repair, our service center will verify whether your product model and serial number match the bound Extended Warranty Service. If the bound information does not match, or the relevant information is tampered with or lost, Mammotion has the right to refuse to provide Extended Warranty Service.

3.  Extended Warranty Service process

User service portal: official website, Mammotion APP.

Users can apply for Extended Warranty Service through Chat, hotline, and email. The customer service agent will provide users with solutions based on fault diagnosis. For devices that need to be sent back for processing, customer service agent will check the product warranty period and provide corresponding service guidance.

For products ordered from local dealers, if users need to use Extended Warranty Service, they also need to contact Mammotion, and Mammotion will provide services accordingly.

Users need to provide valid proof of purchase, receipt or order number (applicable to MAMMOTION direct sales). In addition, the product serial number is crucial for using the Extended Warranty Service.

If the problem cannot be solved through remote guidance, users may need to send the product to MAMMOTION service center or the local MAMMOTION designated service sites for further inspection.

Mammotion will provide you with the following solutions based on the inspection results:

(1) If the inspection results are within the warranty scope, Mammotion will provide the corresponding free repair or replacement service;

(2) If the inspection results are not within the warranty scope, Mammotion will confirm with users whether they are willing to pay for the repair or send it back to users without repair.

4.Transfer and Termination of Extended Warranty Service

4.1 Transfer

Once the Extended Warranty Service is bound to a product, it cannot be transferred to a third party.

4.2 Return and replacement

If the product is returned within 30 days of purchase, the Extended Warranty Service bound to the product can be fully refunded.

If the product is replaced within 30 days of purchase, the Extended Warranty Service can be re-bound to the replaced machine.

Once the Extended Warranty Service is purchased and bound, if the product is not returned, the Extended Warranty Service cannot be refunded separately.

4.3 Repair

If the product SN is changed or the machine is replaced after repair, if the machine is still within the original warranty period (including extended warranty period), the Extended Warranty Service can also be transferred to the corresponding machine, and the warranty period will inherit the original warranty period.

4.4 Termination

When the Extended Warranty Service period expires, the Extended Warranty Service will terminate automatically.

5.  Information Security

Mammotion will do its best to ensure the security of users' online shopping information and personal information; you understand and agree that in order to ensure the fulfillment of Mammotion's Extended Warranty Service, Mammotion may need you to provide necessary information (including your name, phone number, email address, serial number of the purchased product, purchase receipt and your country) to verify the applicability of Mammotion's Extended Warranty Service. Mammotion will only use the information you provide for the aforementioned purpose. Mammotion will strictly keep users' personal information confidential.

6.  Applicable to Laws

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where the Mammotion product was purchased. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you are still protected by the applicable laws of the country/region where you reside. Nothing in this terms (including this term) shall affect your rights as a consumer in reliance on mandatory provisions of local laws (including, if applicable, your right to apply to the relevant consumer protection agencies or courts in your country/region for dispute resolution in accordance with the laws of your country/region, etc.)
