Thank you for choosing Mammotion products at the Mammotion online store.

Parties to the Terms

The Mammotion Store Terms of Sales (hereinafter referred to as these “Terms”) is the document that sets out the terms concluded for buyers to purchase products from the Mammotion Store subordinate to www.uk.mammotion.com  (hereinafter referred to as “Mammotion Store”). Once the buyer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) has placed an order in the Mammotion Store, you hereby state and guarantee that you have the ability to agree to and sign the clauses in these Terms. If you cannot accept all the clauses included in this Terms, please do not hit the “BUY IT NOW” button.

Pictures and Advertisements

The information included in the Mammotion Store is nothing more than invitation for offer. Any such information does not constitute an offer by the Mammotion Store to provide any product or service.

The pictures, videos and words displayed on the Mammotion Store may not be the same as the actual products due to different batches and technology advancement. There may also be errors due to careless omissions in the review process. Mammotion Store always strives to provide all customers with objective and correct content and pictures, but takes no responsibility for any incorrect information  Sthat has not been subject to proofreading, or for any misunderstandings due to differences in interpretation.

Pricing and Adjustment

Mammotion reserves the right to change the price of the products displayed on the Mammotion Store based on the actual market situation. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our catalogue may be mispriced. We will verify pricing when processing your order and before we take payment. If we have made a mistake and a product's correct price is higher than the price on the Mammotion Store, we may either contact you before dispatch to request whether you want to buy the product at the correct price or cancel your order. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and send you the product.

Mammotion has the right to correct any unintentional mispricing. In the event of a pricing error, you will be notified and will be allowed to continue trading at the correct price.

Order Receipt and Confirmation

When you place an order from Mammotion Store, your order constitutes an offer to purchase products or services from us. If your order contains multiple products or services, your order will contain a series of offers for each product or service.

Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation email. However, your receipt of the above email does not constitute confirmation that we have accepted your order, nor does it constitute a confirmation of our offer to sell. It simply means that we have confirmed receipt of your order.

Once we have handled your order and are ready to ship the products, The Mammotion Store will change the order status in personal center to “Fulfilled”. We will send you another email indicating that we have accepted your order, which will include shipping details once the shipment is ready and has been dispatched from the warehouse.

Within 15 days of the shipment of the order, you could confirm the receipt of product on Mammotion Store upon its delivery. If no receipt confirmation was made after 15 days of shipment, the system would automatically confirm the receipt of product.

If you did not receive the product after the auto-confirmation by the system, please contact support-eu@mammotion.com. We will re-ship the product or provide refund or reimbursement according to the actual situation and our communication.

We have the right to decide whether to accept your order. The Mammotion Store will only accept your order after we have confirmed that the stock, logistics, policies and all other objective conditions can be satisfied. If the Mammotion Store has fulfilled your order but later discovers that we cannot offer the products or services, or if you are engaging in scalping, malicious competition, or purchasing in violation of our purchase limitation, etc., we will cancel the order and fully refund the purchase price to you.

Logistics and Delivery

For non-pre-order products, the Mammotion Store processes the order within 2 business days after the order was placed, once fulfilled, we will ship it according to the timescale shown on the store product page.

The Mammotion Store will choose the most suitable shipping company to provide the service according to the shipping address.

The shipping time should be subject to the time announced by the third-party shipping company. Once the products of your order leave our warehouse, the actual delivery may be affected by events which are beyond Mammotion's control. Thus, Mammotion does not assume any responsibility for any delay in delivery due to unexpected logistics related events.

If any logistics delay occurs, you may send an email to support-eu@mammotion.com, and we will do our best to contact the logistics company to help resolve the issue.

Order Cancellation

For in-stock products, we accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. For pre-order products, we accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or production begins, subject to Mammotion’s instruction regarding specific pre-order products on the Mammotion Store.

If the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, no fees will be charged.

 

We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns of products. You have the right to apply for a return within 30 calendar days without providing reasons after delivery of the product, subject to the return conditions set out below.

Return Conditions

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unactivated, and is still in its new condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including all components and accessories.

Return Process

Please kindly contact our customer service team at sales-eu@mammotion.com or using the contact channels provided on the Mammotion Store to apply for return. Our customer service team will determine whether your order is eligible for return. After confirming your order is eligible, you will receive instructions on how to properly pack the products and return them to us. Please confirm the return address before sending back, and make sure all components and accessories are included in the original package.

Shipping fees

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If the products received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Refunds (if applicable)

After you have returned the product to our warehouse and provided us the shipping information, we will issue a refund within 5 business days. You will be notified by email when your order is refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund after 5 business days, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales-eu@mammotion.com.

After-sales Service

Mammotion will provide after-sales service based on the after-sales policy on the Mammotion Store. For specific service terms, please refer to After Sales Policy:

 

Reselling forbidden

Mammotion Store sells and delivers products to end-users/customers only. Any purchase of products from Mammotion for the purpose of reselling is forbidden. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you are not purchasing the products for personal use.

Intellectual Property Protection

Mammotion Store and/or its affiliates are the exclusive owners of all the intellectual property rights related to the products (including but not limited to design drawings, technologies, appearance design, utility models, brands, trade names and trademarks, etc.) and the right to apply for intellectual property of the related intellectual achievements (collectively referred to as “Mammotion Intellectual Property”). Mammotion Store has the right to enjoy and implement Mammotion Intellectual Property according to the relevant laws and regulations, and all the proceeds arising from the intellectual property protection shall be owned by Mammotion Store who has absolute authority to strive for and maintain the protection for the intellectual property of all or part of the technologies or improvements across the world. Any infringement of rights and interests of Mammotion Store on Mammotion Intellectual Property is unacceptable by us, including but not limited to reverse engineering or resale of the products purchased.

Data Protection

Once you have placed an order, this means you agree that Mammotion Store may collect, store, share, process or use the data you provided for the purchase of the product or service. This also means that you agree for your data to be archived and/or circulated within uk.mammotion.com, so you can receive information regarding Mammotion products or services that may interest you.

Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

You hereby acknowledge and agree that unforeseeable circumstances may arise during the product use, leading to further personal injury or property damage arising from any damage to surrounding facilities/items caused during the use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mammotion shall not be liable for any legal responsibility or obligation for any further personal injury or property damage arising from any damage to surrounding facilities/items caused during the product use. (Including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damage).

You declare that you will be responsible for your safety and will conduct the product use under all applicable safety requirements. You agree to take responsibility for any further personal injury or property damage arising from any damage to surrounding facilities/items caused during the operations.

In no case shall Mammotion Store, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Force Majeure

If Mammotion Store can not fully fulfill the obligations of these Terms due to force majeure, we will notify you within 15 days from the date of the force majeure (if the notice can not be delivered within the aforementioned period due to a force majeure incident, Mammotion Store will notify you within 15 days after the conditions of the incident have been eliminated). If Mammotion Store fails to fulfill the Terms due to force majeure, we shall be wholly or partially exempt from liability or responsibility. Force majeure events include, but are not limited to, earthquakes, flooding, lightning strikes, snowstorms, and government action.

Protocol Conflict

These Terms applies to all products sold at Mammotion Store. If Mammotion Store makes any specific sales policy for any product, and there exist conflicts between the product sales policy and these Terms, please take the product sales policy as the standard.
